Emma Peller

Emma Peller is a life-long resident of Harford County. In addition to Progressive Harford, she is a member of the Harford County branch of the NAACP and serves as an advisory board member for Harford County Climate Action. Emma is also a student at Harford Community College, majoring in nursing.
