Jacob Bennett for Harford County Council - District F — Won Election in 2022
Jacob Bennett is an Eagle Scout from Troop 777, graduate of Harford County Public Schools, grandson of a dairy farmer and now a kindergarten teacher in Harford. He spent six summers working at Harford’s Broadcreek Memorial Scout Reservation. Jacob graduated from Salisbury University in three years with a degree in elementary education. During his time at Salisbury, he founded and operated a mentoring program for children in the local community. The mentoring program had weekly homework help, monthly outings into the community and a yearly overnight trip where they would volunteer in other communities. After graduating, Jacob came back to Harford where he is now in his sixth year of teaching kindergarten. He will be a fighter and an advocate for your children, and all the other residents in District F, because at the end of the day we all share the community.

Heather Mizeur for Maryland Congressional District 1
Heather Mizeur has spent her professional life over the last twenty-five years passionately engaged in public service. She is a policy expert, a former elected official and gubernatorial candidate, a farmer and the founder and CEO of a non-profit organization focused on bridging the partisan political divide . The common thread through all of her work is a desire to advance bold policy while building consensus and creating the connections needed to face the challenges ahead.
Sarahia Benn for State Delegate - District 34A
Sarahia Benn has served as an educator for more than 15 years at St. James Academy. She is a prominent environmentalist as a part of the Rebuild Maryland Coalition advocating for environmental legislation. Sarahia has been an integral part of other organizations including Our Revolution, Progressive Maryland and the Sierra Club. As a Policy expert, she has dedicated her time to multiple coalitions for the betterment of Maryland and Harford County. Sarahia is the Chair of the Multicultural Student Services Advisory Board at Cecil College. She is the official Chair of the Harford County Women of Action, an official arm of the Maryland Democratic Party. Sarahia is choosing to advocate for environmental justice, a reconstruction of the Maryland transportation system, small business revitalization, legalizing cannabis and education.
Gillian Miller for State Delegate - District 34B
Gillian Miller is a mother of five girls and a grandmother of four. She has lived in Harford County since 2001 with a brief sting in Georgia before moving back to Harford. Gillian is currently a program supervisor for a day habilitation program for adults with differing abilities. She chose to run for Delegate after attending Harford County Council meetings for an extended period of time and not seeing any change. Gillian is running to be the change.
Nolanda Robert for Harford County Council - District A
Nolanda Robert has been a resident of Harford County for the past four years, where she lives with her husband who is in Law Enforcement in Baltimore City. Throughout her career, she has dealt with legislative issues that affect Harford County and other areas of the State of Maryland. Nolanda is currently the Family Support Services Coordinator at the Cecil County Circuit Court and has served in this position since 2005. In her position as coordinator, she provides services to families who are currently separating, divorcing or having child custody and visitation disputes. Nolanda also works with families who are dealing with domestic violence and child protection services matters.
Stephen Puopolo for Harford County Board of Education - District A
Born and raised in Baltimore, Stephen moved to Harford County in 2005 just prior to getting married. Since then, he completed his education at University of Baltimore with a bachelors in Government and Public Policy. Stephen as taken part in local groups such as the Edgewood Advisory Board and is currently the Chair for the People with Disabilities Council of the Maryland Democratic Party. Hard of hearing since birth, he has always been the sort to speak out for others.
