As a part of its Housing and Urban Development (HUD) five-year Consolidated Plan, Harford County is seeking public input on the best use of HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds. These funds are invested in the community to improve the lives of residents with low- to moderate-income. A survey has been created for the public’s input and can be found at harfordcountymd.gov/FundingInput. Additional questions may be submitted to commdev@harfordcountymd.gov. Surveys will be accepted through February 14, 2025.
